Rental WOF

The Rental WOF, is a voluntary project run by the University of Otago and the Wellington City Council.  We think this a great project and would really encourage everyone to have a look at the requirements!

If you'd like to get an understanding of the current state of the property, you can download the self-assessment app. 

This self-assessment tool is free and covers all 29 criteria of the Rental Warrant of Fitness inspection.
